Fake positive work environment, everyone is that fake nice and pretends to be excited. Countless meetings that accomplishes little, upper/lower management expectations that do not make sense. Decisions made by hearsay, high turnover, During my time across the company people leave within weeks of being hired on. Roles do not have defined responsibilities, tasks, skills, and performance expectations. It is a free for all to really just find things to do. Pressure comes from top to go above arbitrary numbers set at the beginning of leasing season, even when the numbers are being met the expectation is you should be higher. Poor bonus structure, Quarter bonuses that may just not be payed out if arbitrary percentage numbers aren't met. Their vision of renovating apartments is sinking 2 million dollars into a clubhouse, but refusing to update the apartments these students are living in.
