Company does not believe in its own values. HR encourages culture of gossip in garb of feedback. Senior Management is often confused and this confusion trickles down from very top. Large management overhead. Salaries to this management is paid in USD but revenue comes from developing markets. Rather than decentralising decision making locally and hiring/developing local talent, Tala is exploitative of developing markets by propping up management in US.
