      1. Discrimination in the salary between same peers in the same batch same position. 2. Terrible culture from management to colleagues. 3. No empowerment manifesting in poor training and knowledge base, limitations in tools and resources and lack of support in general.

      Amazing benefits, beautiful location, nice modern office.

      Cons

      Talabat is whistle-blowing material. People work around the clock and still get put on a Performance Improvement Plan, even though they've worked harder than ever in their lives. Management doesn't care about your feelings or the context. You simply need to produce. What's worse is that many employees would rather put up with this rather than going back home to their home country... That reality allows this kind of culture to continue. Keeta is a chinese competitor who is now in Dubai. So the management expects even more. Good luck.
