Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly team of agents. Care about doing a good job and representing talent well. Know their stuff. I checked the "Freelance" box. Each actor is an independent contractor, so you don't actually work for Talent Poole as an employee. As such, there are no benefits and compensation is set by the market demand. You get paid if you are cast, complete the job, and the client pays their invoice from Talent Poole. It takes weeks and months sometimes to get compensation. That's all on the client and how quickly they settle their invoice. Talent Poole gets a percentage of the job. Union and Non-union work are available. They offer different classes / workshops now and again.
