      Good learnings in fast paced environment

      Cons

      Lack of clear requirements and frequent scope changes lead to constant rework. Unrealistic timelines with minimal team support. Poor work-life balance with extended meetings and late-night calls. Limited respect for personal time and hybrid work policies

      Pros

      I've spent almost 4 years working at Talent Systems and I have to say its one of the best places to work. It has a great leadership team, flexible working hours, professional development programs that has helped me and my peers grow.

      Cons

      Since I work from the India office, working hours are slightly skewed. I work past 9 or 10 sometimes for meeting but at the same time the LA team logs in at 7 AM their time so can't really complain.
