Ever seen worst HR in life ? Ever saw a fraud company cheating clients ? Welcome to Talentpace. Worked here for more than a year, mind you, a year. It should be an achievement, given the most silliest environment company has. Company is headed by two stupids, luring people with fake promises, cheating them. A complaint is sooner or later will be lodged against them for irregularities, go and join them if you want to witness HELL.

All the fake lier people over there . Worst Management - They have a such kind of management having 0 % knowledge of how to manage people. For the sake of the employment bond they are doing anything whatever they want with the employees . Some people are there who got hired just for keep an eye on all the employees . Cmmn man they are employees not criminals . Managers - Just wonder how they became manager doesn't have a single quality to be manager except put burden,scolding and some rude nature. Facilities - hahh .. forget about the term facilities if you are going to join TALENTPACE. Management even fight for provide some tissues . Outing - TALENTPACE doesnt believe on outing,entertainment, and all the other stuff where employees can get a little enjoyment. DOnt believe on the good and positive comments those all are by management side . I bet no single employee happy with there job over there. Everyone regret to be a part of this so called organization.
