Pros
- The office environment is relaxed and we still have fun even though we work extremely hard. - We have an excellent network of Candidates and Companies that we work with. - The training gives you all the basics you need to start your recruitment career and the management team are supportive and encouraging. - It is extremely rewarding to find the prefect candidate for a role. - Every day is different and you get to work with a range of Clients across multiple industry sectors. - The job is challenging and keeps you on your toes. - You can earn a really good salary with the commission, and there is no cap to how much you can earn.
Cons
- Recruitment is not an easy job - it is frustrating and stressful at times.

the support you get is brilliant, never feel uncertain in what I am doing. Always lots of positivity .

it can be stressful sometimes- but that makes you want to work harder which gives more success.
