Pros
Lets you innovate. Never turns any idea down. I have had my growth at my own pace and achieved a lot of learning while working at Talon. Its signature T-shaped growth ideology has let me explore multiple verticals including promotion, design, development, system administration, db administration, product management etc.
Cons
None so far. Maybe some other employees may have some.
