Pros
Great culture with exceptionally smart people, you learn something new every day. There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration and knowledge sharing. The company also puts real effort into team bonding with plenty of socials and offsites. The office is a genuinely nice place to work.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind. Some of the work can be challenging and demanding at times, but that’s part of what keeps things interesting, otherwise it would likely feel too boring.
