Lack of communication, unprofessional and under qualified management, no HR department, hefty workload, underpaid, and the list goes on. Tandem Interactive is a horrible company. As an employee at Tandem, you will be belittled, overworked, underpaid, and once they have robbed you of your time and energy, they still will not be afraid to replace you. No matter how many hours you put in, your work will never be enough for the CEO and his COO. There is 0 communication between management and employees. You are on your own when it comes to navigating your way through Tandem. You will be told one thing and then the next day you are yelled at for doing said thing. Get ready to take on the roles of other employees without receiving the credit you deserve. You will not be heard, you have no voice, no respect and an impossible workload that will have you in shambles.
