Office politics, bad management, strict timings

In my experience at this company, I found the work environment to be plagued by micromanagement, stifling politics, and an immature higher management and HR department. The constant pressure of unrealistic deadlines coupled with overworking made it extremely stressful. Moreover, the requirement changes were incessant, with updates coming almost hourly. The managerial incompetence was evident, especially with managers lacking basic knowledge of UI and backend processes. Weekends were often sacrificed without compensation, further exacerbating the work-life balance issue. Additionally, any dissenting opinions were swiftly silenced, with the company resorting to deleting posts that didn't align with their narrative. Overall, it was a disheartening experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
