Great Foot in the Door Experience but Get Back Out the Door Quickly

Pros

Flexibility, remote work, some cool coworkers

Cons

Overworked, under payed, manipulative and demanding upper management, high turnover, poor communication between teams, poor expectation management, limited to no support, burn out is intense and rampant due to everything else listed previously. I would say almost everyone I have kept in touch with since leaving have all had extremely negative experiencers with this exploitative company.

Pros

Remote work, cool co-workers. The very definition of a remote "tech" company

Cons

Overworked, Underpaid. Condescending. Maninuplative. Felt like they were throwing darts on the board. Too many things happening without planning. No support. Thrown under the bus. Management will say you "didn't perform" and all you did was follow their orders.
