Pros
The colleagues were the best. A pretty young mindset. Usually, you will work on projects for big clients.
Cons
Salary is very low and you can expect it to stay that way. Negotiating is tough because you do not negotiate directly with the people that will take the final decision. You'll be asked to work some extra hours sometimes or go to see their client in another country without any compensation and without acknowledging that you might have a private life out of the office.
