      Company policies are good and the team members are also good.

      Cons

      In a few projects the managers are worst. They dont value you or your work. The managers call you at 12 in the night and the team meeting went on till 2 in the mid night, even though you belong to 9 am to 6 pm working time. They say agile methodology but the work does not follow any method. Each scrum call will extend for 1.5 to 2 hours everyday. There will be no personal life. The manager will always shout on you
