Hard work, but worth it

Pros

Good insurance, especially for the family. Pay is decent because there are a lot of OT hours.

Cons

Long hours: 12 hours per day. Work 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. This is not easy when you have a family.

Pros

You get paid twice a month.

Cons

There should be a welcome to purgatory sign upon entering this camp. If you’re looking for a place that values their employees don’t look here. If you’re looking for work/life balance definitely not here. Don’t even think about taking a day off without them questioning you and making up rumors about you. If you’re looking for growth. Not here. 🙃 This place is cesspool of drama and made up rumor mill. The managers don’t even investigate they just believe whatever people has to say. Kiss privacy goodbye. Oh, one time the manager yelled at me and slammed his fists on the desk in retaliation. I literally cried because I’ve never had someone yell at me like that. How do they allow a person that can’t communicate or control their emotions be responsible for people? He doesn’t greet any of us or checks in to see how we’re doing. When the higher ups come he’s a totally different person. He acts personable and like he cares. Lol he doesn’t. It’s all an act. He’s also a micromanager. Can you image the stress? This isn’t even a hospital or high tech job so idk why we’re subjected to this much stress. The culture sucks and I truly believe it’s because of the management there. Williams County Lodge. Only work here if you’re desperate and absolutely need a place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it though because you’ll need therapy after.
