Management treats everyone with an equal level of disrespect. All employees are treated like disposable batteries and here they use you and throw you out. Keep your head down , don’t trust anyone and for goodness sake never tell them what you really think only what they want to hear

They eat their own. If you're not throwing your employees under the bus or putting blame on your fellow GLs then you're bleeding in shark infested water. And if you make a mistake, never admit it. I went into this job with too much military in me and they crucified me.
