Flexibility, Leadership (I won't call them management because they are really apart of the team and are always accessible) support, opportunities to gain more clients, frequent training opportunities. Friendly laid back environment. Perfect for an AA who doesn't want to return to the office or a skilled SAHM looking to make a gradual transition back into the workforce.
Cons
I think everyone that I've encountered is amazing. I love the company culture and the appreciation that's shown for all employees.
The training is phenomenal!! They do not place you without proper training. Also, they prepare you well after training on all the tools needed to be successful. The availability is incredible from staff. They are with you every step of the way. They are also hands off and not micromanagers. They pair you with the appropriate client. I love this because they understand different personalities work better than others. The managers are extremely fair. They side with what is right and not a person. They make it their business to listen to all concerns and then make a decision. Also, they give out goodies from time to time. My first week I earned a Starbucks gift card. They know I love my coffee!!
Cons
Task Away cannot guarantee full time statues, however you can work with several clients to obtain more hours. So, it's also a pro.
