Pros

Good benifits, pay is ok, if your willing to learn someone's almost always willing to teach or help.

Cons

No integrity on first shift in production and warehouse. Accidents not reported or swept order the rug. Minimum effort put in. Housekeeping bare minimum. Will leave things broken or inoperable for next shift to find. Will put blame on other shift to cover thier own butt. Warehouse people playing games and watching sports after thier manager leave or taking 2-3 breaks in the 3 hour time span thier not supervised. Knowing materials are low or rooms need staged and while having nothing to do leave it for the incoming shift creating issues for the next shifts set ups and production issues. Just over lack of team work leading from one shift to another.

Pros

Great teamwork both on local and global level Excellent teamwork within Operations, sharing of resources and know how. Safety focus and improvements for safety Safety investments Small modifaction investments in budget each year When investing Key equipment - quality focus and purchasing from suppliers with good references and know how Good quality focus within the organization Top management trying to become better team workers (many mgrs in top management groups are only focusing on their own carreer and not giving a helping hand to others - even if that would be most beneficial for the organisation as a company) Good sharing of know how between the countries and different plants Excellent plant mgrs and senior engineers in all countries

Cons

Company that is top heavy making the organization look like time glass Finance org can work more efficiently with more trust and local resources instead of heaving a huge organization with many persons with no skills in production - which makes it inefficient. Sales too bonus focused, making new products and smaller volumes not interesting to sell. Customers left to explore website - which is not acceptable for new products as the many potential customers haven't even heard about the goodness of the new products.
