Pros
I have only been with the company a little over a month now and it has been a good experience thus far. They have been willing to and try to accommodate various changes from scheduling to people.
Cons
Pay, ok for most jobs anyone would look for or want higher pay, but for some of the locations that require security beyond just sitting and manning a desk and watching cameras, (i.e security clearance) rather its the employee being able to obtain one or already has one, I believe the pay should be higher as this is a certification that not everyone is able to get.
