Pay is good . Your hard work will be appreciated within company . For Best sales people- Head office will recognize you for your best work . You get your credits for what you do in this company and your manager ,DM will say your name in leaders group ,conference calls and motivate others of looking at your success . If you need days off for your family or for any reason ,leaders will support you mentally . Great benefits ,Great pay. CEO is the BEST. He continuously messaged entire company during COVID-19 lockdown and went to individual store to see how employees are feeling to work after lockdown .

Cons

No Cons for working at Tbooth wireless wave -Glentel Inc. People find cons when they don't want to work hard and want to use cons as their excuses. Busy seasons full hours -40 hours a week Slow season -36 hours and that's not bad at all .promotion will take a while but we need to keep some patience.

- training at large hotels or venues are well done - can give all the discounts in the world with no reprocussions

Cons

- staff are akin to that of used car sales - hire the worst people to represent their brand - management does literally nothing - commission structure is only attractive if you sell protection plan, not reliant on just phone sales - poor commission if you do not succeed in the corresponding tiers - there is no accountability - utilizes aggressive techniques to force customers into the store - four companies to activate on means you can get anyone approved by gaming the system

Nothing is a pro. It's a stressful and toxic environment and a waste of time.

Cons

Horrible management They drain the life out of you if u dont hit sale targets The higher management makes employees do all the work They treat their employees like crap Hitting targets only puts 200 dollars In your pocket Going to the district managers is a waste of time because they won't listen to u they will only listen to the managers. I went into a depression working there, I had to leave due to my health problems they caused me.
