Overall, Team Pumpkin is a supportive and growth-oriented workplace where employees feel valued.

I cannot possibly point out any cons. Thoroughly enjoyed working

The work environment at the office is extremely toxic. It’s dominated by gossip, internal politics, and unprofessional behavior. The person leading the business here often influences her team against colleagues from other locations and even criticizes management during meetings. Her loud, abusive phone calls, especially towards her son create a disturbing and uncomfortable atmosphere for others trying to work. She uses the same derogatory language and high pitched tone with her team mates and makes sure that she humilates the employee in front of the rest of the team. A group of loyal followers mimic this behavior, engaging in constant backbiting just to stay in her favor. The culture here is far from what you'd expect in a professional setting. If you're reading this and think you're exempt, they’ve likely talked about you too.

Lack of Hands on Management. Favouritism by certain managers.
