Pros
There are quite interesting and developing products; It is quite comfortable to communicate with most people and solve some work issues; Additional development on the part of the English language;
Cons
They sell Junior Dev as Senior +; Low salary; The CEO of the company will do and say everything in order not to raise your salary; If feedback from the customer is in the form of doubts that the worker is of the Senior level, he will not tell you this; The CEO likes to manipulate the workers, making them think that they are nothing and nobody; Not a working concept of Review. I never understood how a Frontend or QA person could reasonably evaluate my technical skills;
