- Cross functional exposure across the Company.

Cons

- Salary not disbursed on time. - No work timings. - All the decision making lies with the CEO. - Cannot learn and be in one function for more than a year. - Company does not keeps promises, took away the Loyalty Bonus of the Employees last Financial year. - Attrition rate is very high. - You might work under a person who is less educated and experienced than you if the CEO wants. - Unstable work environment.
