Work week is typically only 4 days Starting pay is highest of all departments

Management. You can not work in this department due to the treatment by the manager. You will be belittled and scrutinized at all times. A few other employees also want to get into management, so they will keep an eye on you waiting for you to make a mistake and tell the manager.
