A good place to work, u have freedom to work with numerous direct clients, no micro management, no pressure, healthy environment, acceptable incentive structure in the market and pretty decent quarterly rewards and prizes.

Cons

Shift hours- don’t know why management decided to extend shift hours, need to work 10 hrs everyday.

Its a small company so i think that can be a benefit because in a small company you don't have to compete with lot of people

Poor environment Gender baised atmosphere If you have joined as a fresher than your experience could be a nightmare
