• Get a good salary at joining. • Five days working • Non technical manager ;)

Cons

• No working hours, work at anytime (day or night) • Report to Non technical manager • No work exposure in company • No Social Life • Not a good appraisal • Very bad HR policy • Company can change any policy as it's profit • Very old and complex system to work without any KT • Working as one man army, no one will help to you • Good culture only on paper • 3 Month notice period

* Management is very poor,lacking leadership and against the work ethic. * No work life balance * No management skill Project managers having, they are manipulating boss and misguidance with wrong report. * Management don't care how much time employee put it as overtime they want employee to be robot 24/7 avail for their work. * Management expect you to work Saturdays, Sundays and even at late night. * Only blaming, no team work. if success is there manager takes credit, If some mistake is there blame will be on single person..

No pros only cons ,There are already plenty of negative reviews complaints online

Cons

giving projects in different stream No job satisfaction. No client projects.Only POC or demo projects. Too much Attitude of seniors
