      Remote Work, Hassle free leaves

      The company structure is defined by family relations and personal friendship between employees and not by Qualification or years of experience. 30% employees are Cousins or related by law. rest 30% are randomly hired employees from Manav Rachna college or random referrals, Quality of talent pool is hence very low. They play a lot of politics when someone resigns, they forcefully make you serve 90 days notice, or give you no notice at all as per their will n wish. There's no employee perks like Insurance, Laptop, incentives etc.

      No salary Increments No problem Solving from management Will gather proofs to use at the notice period to ask money from you will not give bonus that is a part of ctc Too much internal Politics Affairs among management , leading to exploitations of employees All talented people are Leaving Company is sold to another Company called Successive Tech no salary in Notice Period Will not give Experience Letter saying you haven't returned company Laptop.

      Good projects and technologies used. The CEO is cool. But not other management team. Some employees were helpful others were downright rude!

      Cons

      A lot of office politics. Juniors don't respect seniors. And that is allowed by the management. I haven't received my 40k promised to me for freelancing after leaving the company. Its been 11 months now. Some part of my FnF is till not disbursed. they disbursed a partial full and final after 4 months of me leaving the job!!! Very slow appraisals as compared to other startups. Appraisals are given but they come into affect after 3 months of getting the letter. So appraisals are done after very 15 months not 12 months.
