Owner was technically intelligent, but low EQ. I had to fight to place candidates, and when they were hired and the owner made money instead of saying sorry and realizing his mistake, he called me a distraction and made me split commissions with someone who was not performing and did nothing to facilitate the company's success, and also told me I was happy I receive a salary.
