Pros

Frankly, exept for the AC and good colleagues, I cant find anything good about this company. That too AC is not works sometime and good colleagues isnt something the company could take credit. Especially Freshers please dont go here, it will spoil you future.

Cons

- No training : Here they dont provide you no training and on 2nd week itself they will assign us real works. As a fresher they will say 6 months probation. But believe me their is no one in the office who have got promotion after 6 months, they come up with innovative ideas to extend our probation. Even if you are jobless for long time just dont go there. Atleast if you not at Techneurons you can learn something yoruself which is why unemployment is better than job at Techneurons. - Over work and Strees: Many employees are facing health issue due to unbalance and excessive work. - Arrogant Managers: They think thay are kings and queens of the world. They dont even have basic respect towards employees. You will be treated as slave maybe even as worms. - Toxic work environment: They release new rules like the tamil industry releaseing movies. They only give 12000rs salary and make us work for 100000rs and I belive soon in future they will ask us to write a mail request just to go to toilet. Politics : Lets just say now I have mastered politcs, note that I have accomplished this only within 4 months. Only Techneurons can do this. As a developer the my colleague and my lead helped me lot. After 4 months I have no personel growth, they have exploited me as much possible and fired me. Then there is the CEO who comes in the form for Saint. But Let me tell you this, he is not a saint, if this company is a hell then that is because of him. A CEO should plans for the company but he should also make his people happy. Im not here to roast them or not getting back at them for firing me, I just feels like everybody should know about the company and no one should lose there career and get trapped in that company.

Thank you for your great, yet unusual, comments. We are not embarrassed to respond to such concerns. We have scheduled a recheck of our air conditioning systems to see if there are any problems. Your statements appear to be exceedingly misleading and inconsistent with the truth. You must recognize that all company organizations exist to make a profit, which accounts for the growth of all stakeholders, including the complete team of employees. Please examine the points you've made and see if you can use more common sense when producing such stuff. This shows your bad attitude extremely well, which requires rapid repair in order for you to discover a better place everywhere you go! Former employee, worked less than a year (4 months), worked as a developer, and was fired - all of this information is just enough to identify you, because we don't have many people like you - In reality, you pretended to be a Saint, manipulated like a traitor, and eventually quit like an absolute failure. You've lost your self-esteem, but it's not our fault. Focus on developing a better profession now with your age and experience, rather than wallowing in the past , envying TechNeurons and playing with kids.
