Pros

I received free access to classes and tests for certifications. The students were lovely people and I had very nice coworkers. I enjoyed the get-togethers that my coworkers would set up and how supportive they were.

Cons

My boss refused to allow a raise until I told him I was quitting. He was also being incredibly unethical and dishonest when it came to student financing.

decent pay when you succeed hard working people at branch level free technical courses (even though they may be dated)

Cons

floundering company, senior/corporate management changes direction often, company will not invest in infrastructure, lack of corporate employee accountability, very poor attention to detail
