      The manager is not good , They will give you important under the caste This is not an corporate office this one type of sh*t feeding factory The CEO don't know about the organisation The manager will interrupt in every action and the manager think will be like he is supreme but every one will about the family so that only they are safe or else Karma will hit the every in that org ,just wait. For that

      Got exposure to RPA projects and some hands-on learning. Initial opportunities to understand automation workflows

      I worked at this company for years. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. There is a lot of internal politics, especially in the RPA team. When employees ask for a salary hike, the standard response is that there is no budget, but later those same employees face job insecurity. The HR practices and team management were disappointing, with favoritism and a lack of employee support.
