I joined Techfriar about six months ago, and my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The company has a habit of delaying salary payments regularly, which causes a lot of stress and uncertainty. There is very little transparency or communication from the management regarding this issue.
The workload is heavy and often unrealistic, with little regard for work-life balance. Employees are pushed hard to meet tight deadlines, and the efforts are rarely appreciated.
One of the most concerning practices I noticed is that once a project or specific work section is completed, the management starts letting go of newly joined employees without proper notice. It feels like they hire just to complete the task and then dispose of people when they're no longer needed. This kind of job insecurity is deeply demotivating.
The work environment itself is not supportive, and there’s a clear lack of structure and professional ethics. I would not recommend Techfriar to anyone looking for a stable and respectful workplace.
