1) I remember when competitor company candidates came for interview and he said reason for leaving is salary late, CEO used to laugh and tried to communicate to clients. Now what happens......
2) some time feel it’s fish market (a busing junior at floor and insulting them in front of all, do you think it’s right and best part management accept it and they can’t do anything)
3) if you are keeping audit in all prospect then I think salary delay and penalty should be added in that bcz to run show it’s need money)
4) when you ask HR for your salary then they used to said ask to management and when you ask to management then they used to say talk to HR) is it not funny
5) internal politics is more then chawl politics
6) People on higher position think that I am the owner and all (you have to come out and stand in market to see where do you stand)
7) Audit is subject to employee risk please read the document and everything before signing
8) PF is not paid last 1 year
9) F&F not cleared more then 1.5 year
10) it’s not like that company not having profit but director have theirs on priority which is more then employee salary and struggle
