CCTV everywhere, weird pressure environment, just like a whole work-house setting, no freedom or privacy, following rigid guidelines everyday, cant even drink water in your seat, many nonsense rules, you need to keep doing useless work for months before you can really start doing something (almost like they want to check if you are obedient enough)

Boss doesn't have any experience working in the field. Hot tempered. High staff turn over rate. Fired more than 10 staff in less than a year. Long work hours.
