Pros
Very friendly owner and management team. They always follow through with what they promise. They try to understand and fix any problems you may be having. They request feedback on their performance regularly. We have regular meetings to talk about anything we want or need.
Cons
They are a contractor so their positions come with all the disadvantages of being a contractor. We are remote from their offices 2000 miles away so we don't get much face time.

Senior Executives are extremely rude and unprofessional. They would like their employees to be servants rather than hard working professionals. Senior Managers will insult you from day one independently from your skills or talent. Unacceptable that companies like that exist!!
