Pros

The only positive being the view from dinning area. A few people I met were also nice. However, they are also struck here

Cons

Extremely unfair. Casual sexism is common. They will talk a lot about the process and rules , but the company has no rules and regulations. Everything is mismanaged. Power is centralized to only one person and you will have to have good terms with that person to have things in your way. Salary and compensation is extremely poor. You won't get salary hike even after working hard and working diligently. Moreover, your boss would joke about salary reduction sometimes to undercut your expectations. Rumor has it, some people who had higher salaries, were even asked to reduce their salary. There's a very less chance of learning and growth. Chances are that mostly you will get struck in a dead end project with no learning. There is no peer to collaborate with or to get help in case you're struck.

Japanese company Large office space due to less employees

Cons

So many. You won't get ELs. You won't get compensation for extra hours. You'll be forced to work extra hours. You'll be a slave.

Pros

1) The organization gives complete freedom to employees with certain limited restrictions . Very liberal and understanding , especially as a new joinee in the first 4-5 months after joining 2) Respect and Bonding between employees is really good, irrespective of the cadre. 3)Small organization, every employee knows the other inside out. 4) No micromanagement or extra pressure 5) Work life balance and ample time for employees to cultivate their personal skills

Cons

Strict no-WFH policy but for emergency such as family or personal illness or any other genuine reason such as natural calamities etc. Subtle regionalism is visible and tangible as 90% of the staff is South Indian (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam speaking crowd) which may probably make an outlier feel alienated, but still better compared to the so-called Fortune 500 MNCs in Bangalore.
