Pros
benefits package is good, pay is comparable. Sometimes they bring in really good people, but they usually get smart and leave.
Cons
EVERYTHING else! favoritism, nepotism, drama runs rampant through this place. High school has nothing on childish behavior here at TIG. The blatant favoritism from the managers is ridiculous. They hire people at very low salary with little to no experience what so ever then expect them to "hit the ground running". There is no room for growth here, people literally have to die for anyone to promote, even then - they probably wont replace that person just divvy up the work load to everyone else that is already over loaded. They stretch their employees thin and have no respect for people or the fact that they have lives outside of work. Making you feel guilty for taking time off for doctors appointments or family functions because they are short staffed. the management and directors are too concerned with brown nosing the CEO and CFO to care about anything else going on. They can't afford to pay employees or replace employees that get smart and leave but of course there's enough money to send the CEO and CFO and their favorite brown nosers all over the world. Brazil for the Olympics, Alaska, multiple Presidents Clubs, Japan, etc....
