Low Pay-Minimum Wage Horrible Management CEO verbally attacks employees Back Breaking Labor Long hours with no compensation No Raises No Room for Improvement Can't keep any employee for longer then a week let alone a month Shady management breaking labor laws Anyone working there, trust me, just quit! You can find a better job nearly anywhere. With higher pay too. And actual raises. Leaving there was the best thing I've ever done. I use technology ventures as the standard of rock bottom when comparing to a new job. If a new job is crappy I just say to myself, "Well its better then working at technology ventures". The one Pro point: The co-workers are only nice because the job is so bad everyone feels bad for everyone else. Like it's a struggle just working there and they know what you are going through. Kinda like a brother hood. But there are also a few that are manipulative and backstabbers.
