Pros

Their Processes and systematic way of working helps a lot ahead in the future. It is helping me now in other company. I respect this company now though when working there I used to wonder why they follow cumbersome processes.

Cons

Though I used to be negative all the time while working in the organization but now when I understand my job roles better and seeing my current company , I do not see any cons now in Technousa.

Pros

Good facilities and transparent system. I even got a percent share in their profits as I worked on some very critical projects. It was a huge bonus.

Cons

No transport / cab facility and stringent about timings.

Perfect Company to Learn and Grow.

Pros

It’s a great company if you really want to learn. Their processes are very detailed and leave no loop holes and it applies to all verticals – HR, Finance, Admin, Operations and development. Its main strength is its work which speaks for itself.

Cons

The main people behind the company are perfectionists therefore expect the same from each of its employees too. It became tough initially as far as I was concerned but in the long run it is helping me a lot & it has become a habit now and has really helped me outside the company as well.
