      Pros

      Techsa has one of the best mentors in the IT industry. They can help you with your professional growth as well as your personal growth. Techsa is one of the best platform for freshers to learn things about IT profession. Though it is a small company but they have very big clients in banking, finance, tradings, etc. The office culture here is best you can get. Very friendly colleagues, managers and directors. They have team dinners once every couple of months and one annual picnic.

      Cons

      Sometimes you may stuck on a single client site for too long. But that doesn't mean you will be isolated there.

      Pros

      Techsa is a Agile firm with rich exposure in IT Infrastructure,Security tools deployment and Consultancy, All enterprise customers across various sectors for Banking, Retail, ITES etc. Management has immense experience in the field and provides Mentorship and opportunities for your journey from engineer to a consultant. Very nice culture of learning with labs available in office along with guidance available by Seniors. Regular team dinners and annual office outings(mostly Goa).

      Work from office or customer location, Work from home only for emergency situations.
