Cons
This company is not an ideal workplace. While it once offered flexible work options, employees are now forced to return to the office, adhere to a strict formal dress code, and follow rigid office hours. The HR department is unprofessional, and the HR head is known to target individuals she dislikes, spreading negative comments to senior management. The technology head, Mr. XYZ, is unfamiliar with modern technologies like Python, C, or C++, and only knows outdated Java. Despite his lack of expertise, he expects junior employees to develop AI products without providing guidance or support, raising questions about his suitability for the role. The manager, who refers to himself as a delivery manager, lacks understanding of product development and Agile methodologies, but excels at micromanagement. He creates division within the company based on regional lines, favoring people from his area while overburdening others, especially Kannadigas, with work, including weekends. Some employees even end up working on projects that take one to two years to deliver. There is no work-life balance, and personal time is non-existent. The company’s focus is solely on profits, with little regard for employee well-being.
