* Terrible management, * illusion of flexible timming. * No work structure or hierarchy. * Most influential person is a relative of the owner so he comes and goes at any time as he pleases and shifts his work on others * Holds on the last salary of people who are leaving

Products that are being manufactured are state of the art and very exciting to work on. The teams are working on cutting edge technologies. Overall team members & the management team are very helpful and supportive.

Cons

As of now the company has only 1 office in Mumbai wherein the teams operate from. In future more branches can be started to increase the reach.
