Where to begin? I noticed almost all the positive reviews are from retail employees, so be aware of that if you're looking for an in-office role. There is a reason most HQ employees do not leave reviews. It's a terrible culture. I saw so many downcast faces over the last few years. Most people do not feel trusted, empowered, or appreciated, and as a result they lose motivation. I heard several people say that the only way to deal with working here was to "stop caring." It's really sad because it should have been a great place to work. The politics are terrible, and leadership is often placing blame and pointing fingers at other departments. Most of the leaders don't even live in Texas. Employees are often put in impossible positions between the CEO and the founder as they want different things. Also, although you get unlimited vacation, you'll struggle to take it because this place is constantly understaffed. I would not recommend working here unless you need a temporary job before finding something else.

Toxic environment from the top. CSuite at odds and no direction aside from profits. The soul there is lacking despite concerted efforts. Individual layoffs over the course of the year when they talk about internal growth and investment regularly. Poor company culture.
