GM is deffinitly a bully. If people accidentally mess up time sheets his answer is to make them come in and fix it on Sunday without pay. Screams and yells and belittles people calling them idiots with multiple curse words. Micromanages everyone and everything. Often gives conflicting direction and yells at you when you don't do one of them. Hires and promotes under experienced employees to save money and seems to enjoy the chaos it causes. If challenged will become verbally abusive.
You will be asked to blur the line of personal ethics on occasion.
