      Rude and disrespectful leadership

      None, unless you want to include the bare minimum things that the leadership does.

      Cons

      Tecture's rude and disrespectful leadership is hated by most, if not all, of the employees in this company. The CEO and most of the leadership are horrible people who treat employees like trash. They have no respect and no care for our well-being. The salary here is terrible as well.

      The challenging tasks are interesting for me and contribute to my growth

      The weak leadership of Tecture is the reason why this company hasn't experienced any significant growth. Our leaders here have no clear direction for the company. They keep giving employees more projects and tasks to do, but we never get any significant increase in our compensation or improvement in the workplace.

      There are many talented and capable individuals employed within this company.

      Tecture is a textbook example of poor leadership, and misplaced priorities. The management team has no sense of direction. The organization thrives on exploiting its employees and prioritizes profits above all else. You're always expected to do more with no trade off. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
