Management was very friendly and complimenting from hard work.
Cons
Well they didn't give me a opportunity to catch on the ropes before letting me go so easily. I had so much passion for this position and they weren't willing to be patient with me in training.
I did get to have time off for when I needed it most. The benefits are pretty good, comparatively speaking. Those that are not in management are really great people.
Cons
I was hired on as an engineer but worked as a technician. I had solutions, but management would not listen. Management does not know how to empower their employees. Instead, it was just a lot of micromanagement. There were times where activities performed were very unsafe.
