      - Small startup, work pressure would be more - Processes are not well defined. Company is still stabilizing

      Pros

      Up-coming company. They try to provide challenging platform to work for everyone involved in the projects. Management team is good and gives support to employees. They give job opportunity for freshers also.

      Cons

      Since it is a start-up company, there are areas of improvement with respect to process. I was involved in client's application support and there used to be demand for late working to meet the deadlines.

      Salary - Get a good salary but what's the point? Good environment in terms of work place but not the environment...

      Cons

      Overload with the work... No rule to manage work place properly Bad words used to make you work... No work-life balance Sometimes you may have to stay for 2 days continuously...
