Pros
fun place to be employed at; everyone is good natured and helpful. was able to make my own schedule and work a my own pace. every weekend off and many holidays.
Cons
compensation is no where near the national average; along with benefits. Very long hours with no yearly bonus. salaried positions mean free overtime for owners. Worked on average 50-60hrs to be paid for 40hr work week.

*Rampant, blatant, exorbitant nepotism* workplace drama, unreasonable expectations, equipment failure, inexperienced management, high turnover, lack of training, lackadaisical accounting.
