No microsoft access for email so you can't use microsoft office for your productivity. You have to rely on google docs / sheets from your personal mail ID Appraisal won't happen on correct time, The appraisal process should start in march and the updated salary should be from april but here the appraisal meeting starts on june and salary increment is given from august. This happens for every year
