      One of the worst places to work

      Pros

      Close to Penn for an easy commute from NJ

      Cons

      For years the CEO leads by intimidation. He ignores people and walks around like he is better than anyone. Culture is terrible he doesn't even say hi to the people that make money for him. When the CEO needs something or he fears you are leaving, because he sees that your soul is trying to leave your body from working there, he will be extra nice to you and comment on your outfit or how cool of a screensaver you have. This is after the man has ignored your existence for months. Middle management is getting worse too. Management doesn't want to get their hands dirty and leave us to do all the hard work.

We care deeply about our people and go above and beyond to provide the help that you need. It's not easy to take criticism, especially from the people who matter most to your business. However, our CEO has invested a considerable amount of time and funds to help improve Tekscape's overall culture. If you are not getting that support from your manager, please contact our new and supportive HR department so that we can help.

      It's near Penn station. Commute is not bad

      Cons

      Management is uneducated and inexperienced. Company has no direction, or at least they don't bother to tell employees what is going on

      Very poor management

      Pros

      Good enough pay and opportunity, located close to partner organizations and good people to work with.

      Cons

      Very poor direction and vision. The owner operates as an island unto himself and doesn't accept any input or allow decisions. Full commitment is expected but not rewarded. Poor quality employees are hired.
